Batch PDF signing

Sign multiple PDFs at once.

PDFBatchSigner is a forthcoming Mac, iPad, and iPhone app for one signer who needs to apply the same signature, initials, or mark across a stack of separate PDF files. Set the placement once, review every match, then sign the recognized batch offline.

One reusable template, many separate PDFs

1. Mark the repeat spot

Open a representative PDF and place the signature, initials, date, or saved mark where it belongs.

2. Add the stack

Drop multiple PDFs into the batch. Recognized documents are matched to their saved templates.

3. Review and sign

Check placements before writing anything, then create cryptographically sealed output in one pass.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add one signature to many separate PDF files?

Yes. PDFBatchSigner is designed to reuse a saved signature or mark across separate PDFs that match a template, while still letting you review every placement before signing.

Does batch signing send my PDFs to a server?

No. PDF signing runs on your device. PDFBatchSigner does not upload documents or signature images to a PDFBatchSigner server.

Is this a remote signature-request service?

No. PDFBatchSigner is for one signer applying their own reusable mark or signature to a batch. It does not collect signatures from other people.
