What stays private, and what leaves your device.

Your documents are processed on your device. PDFBatchSigner does not upload PDFs or signature images to a PDFBatchSigner server.

iCloud sync

If iCloud is available, templates and signature images sync through your private CloudKit database. Signing identities and certificate settings remain device-local.

Trusted timestamps

If you explicitly enable trusted timestamps, the app sends a cryptographic digest of the signature value—not the document—to the timestamp authority you selected.

Beta signup

When you join the beta, we send your email address to Resend to maintain the invite list and send one welcome message. Cloudflare Turnstile processes abuse-prevention signals. Cloudflare KV stores only salted/hash-derived rate-limit keys for about two minutes, pending signup keys for five minutes, and an email idempotency key for up to 90 days; it does not store submitted documents. Resend retains the beta-list contact until it is deleted or you ask to be removed.
